A new 30,000 square foot, two story restaurant with a heavy timber structure over the main dining area.  The restaurant is located on a major inlet waterway.

A new fourteen story high rise facility consisting of underground parking, retail and restaurant space, and a multi-level hotel tower with luxury apartments on the upper three levels.

McLoone’s Rum Runner:  Sea Bright, New Jersey

A new two story restaurant and bar facility located right on the island strip between the Atlantic Ocean and the Shrewsbury River.

 

Natirar:  Peapack-Gladstone, New Jersey

This is a high profile complex project that our office has been involved with since 2005.  We have completed several buildings on this site including a high-end gourmet restaurant, exercise and community building, and a clubhouse structure.

 

We are currently finishing the design of the spa and hotel rooms, the existing manor house renovation and expansion, and a new function center for major events.  This is a multi-story, approximately 50 million dollar project.
