Bucks County Community College: Newtown, Pennsylvania

New 125,000 square foot classroom and office facility

Burlington County College: Burlington County, New Jersey 

-Design of a new 3 story, 51,000 square foot academic building

-Culinary Arts Building – Renovation of historical bank building and a new 5500 square foot addition.

                                  

Delaware Valley College:  Doylestown, Pennsylvania

30,000 square foot, three story work hall addition

Drew University:  Morristown, New Jersey 

-Shakespeare Festival Theater – Renovation and addition to the existing facility

-Young Music Center – New 25,000 square foot auditorium and music room facility

-Brothers College Clock Tower – Structural condition survey and preservation of historic clock tower.

-Sitterly House – Exterior preservation of historic 3 story house used by the music department.

 

Fairleigh Dickinson University:  Florham Campus

-Monninger Center – 35,000 square foot addition to existing library building.

-Design for a 7 million dollar, 3 phase restoration of a 4 story residential hall

 

Hudson County Community College: Jersey City, New Jersey

-25 Journal Square – Design of renovations for a 5 story administrative office building. 

-162 Sip Avenue – Design of renovations to a 2 story academic building.

-168 Sip Avenue – Design of renovations to a 2 story academic building

 

Institute for Advanced Studies:  Princeton, New Jersey                    Design for mechanical and structural rehabilitation

Kean University Science Bldg. Addition, Union, New Jersey

A three story entry and classroom addition to the existing science building.  The structure was determined to be cast-in-place concrete to help form the curved architectural façade.  The building will be clad in glass curtain wall.

Mercer County Community College:  Mercer County, New Jersey

-Folding partition at James Kerney Campus

-Trenton Hall Expansion-Retail space converted to classrooms

Montclair State University:  Montclair, New Jersey

College Hall-Refurbishment and addition to existing building.

New Jersey City University:  Jersey City, New Jersey

Science Building - An approximately 49,000 square foot, 5-story addition to the existing facility.

New Jersey Institute of Technology:  Newark, New Jersey

-New 7 story classroom and office facility

-New 4 story addition to student center

-Renovation work to the façade of the existing Cullimore Hall

-Historical restoration to Eberhardt Hall

 

Philadelphia University:  Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

-Residence Hall – Preliminary Design of a new residence hall

-SEED Center – 3,500 square foot composite steel mezzanine reinforcing for existing roof to support new roof with future photovoltaic capacity.  Also designed support for mechanical equipment

Princeton University:  Princeton, New Jersey

-Tiger Inn Dining Club-Major addition and extensive renovations to the existing facility.

-Ivy Dining Club-An addition to an existing building for Princeton University.

-Design for new theater alteration within existing McCormick Hall

-4 Mercer Street – Renovation of 4 story main portion and 3 story rear portion of the building.

-Design of alterations to Joline and Campbell Halls

-Renovation and restoration of the late 1800s Ivy Dining Club

-Structural analysis of existing structure to support compact shelving for Firestone Library

-1903 Hall – Interior renovation work for the existing dorm facility

-New outdoor foundation design for a Nevelson sculpture on Nassau Street

-Robertson Hall – New addition and renovation work to the Woodrow Wilson College building

-Peyton Hall – Interior renovation of existing astronomy building

-200 Elm Drive – Conversion of 1900's boiler house to new offices for campus security and the office of campus planning and construction

-Whig Hall – Interior renovation of historic Whig Hall

-Hibben and Magie Housing – Renovation of two 8-story housing buildings 

-Forbes College – Design for a 7 million dollar, 3 phase restoration of a 4-story residential hall

-Julian Street Library – Renovation of a 3100 square foot existing library that combined the traditional reading room with the Wilson J-Street Media Center

-Stanworth Commons (Merwick-Stanworth site) – New faculty and staff housing.  Eleven buildings to consist of a total of 326 units which are to be comprised of two story townhouses, two story multi-family stacked housing and three story apartment buildings

-Dodge Hall – Complete renovation of existing facility including new egress stair and elevator

-2 Dickinson – New 4-story egress stair and new floor framing

-8 Dickinson – Complete interior renovation of the existing facility

-Dial Lodge – Renovation of the facility to convert the existing dining room into campus offices

 

Richard Stockton College of New Jersey:  Pomona, New Jersey Alton Auditorium – Interior renovation to existing auditorium

 

Rider University:  Lawrenceville, New Jersey

-Wright Hall Dormitory Addition

Rowan University:  Glassboro, New Jersey

College of Engineering - $70.6 M, 88,000 square foot addition to the existing engineering building.  The facility houses 3 departments, 4 classrooms, 20 conference/collaboration rooms, and 19 labs.

Rowan University:  Glassboro, New Jersey

Discovery Hall is a new, four story academic building consisting of approximately 68,000 square feet.  The building structure is steel frame construction and concrete floor slabs.  The building will have high-end architectural features and become a statement building for the university.

 

Rutgers University:  Camden, New Jersey

-Artis Hall-An existing building converted into office space and classrooms for the university.

-Roof survey of the dining hall to determine load capacity for new mechanical units

-Rutgers Dining – Douglass Campus: 20,000 square foot addition

-Busch Campus Dining Facility – 22,000 square foot new facility.

-Busch Campus Dining Facility – 9,000 square foot addition to the existing facility that we had previously done.

-Livingston Dining Facility – New 70,000 square foot facility

-Livingston Student Center – Addition and renovation to the existing facility.

-Davidson Dining – Small addition and major interior renovation work

-Two 11 story dormitory facilities.  Mr. Harrison was project engineer while partner at another firm

-Douglass Library: New addition and major interior renovation work to the existing facility

-New construction for the Snyder Farm building

-Bleaker Street House: Structural renovation to existing row house type office building (Newark Campus)

-Camden Baseball Stadium: New minor league baseball facility for the Camden Riversharks and Rutgers University baseball team.

-Marine research facilities: Design of a new dormitory, 2 wet lab buildings, a dry lab building and classroom building (Tuckerton/Cape May Campus) 

-Mason Gross School of the Arts: A 3 phase project that includes a 22,592 square foot expansion for a technology studio, practice rooms, administrative offices and an opera house/dance theater.

-Jameson Hall: New 2-story, 20,400 square foot facility with classrooms, meetings and lecture halls on the first floor and dorm rooms on the second floor.

-Mario School of Pharmacy: New, 56,000 square foot, 2 story addition to the existing facility.

-Tillet Hall: Interior renovation to the existing facility

-Bishop Quad: A series of smaller entry and connecting addition to the existing facility along with renovation work within the existing facility.

 

Seton Hall University:  South Orange, New Jersey

-Aquinas Hall – Design and renovation of the addition to the existing dorm facility

-Stafford Hall – Design and documentation of a new 3-story, 16,500 square foot facility.

-Design and renovation for a new stone and glass façade for an existing building.

-Design of the 60,000 square foot addition to a classroom building

 

The College of New Jersey:  Ewing, New Jersey

-Chester Housing – New 3 story, 10 million dollar wood framed residence halls

-Math/Science building – New 80 million dollar facility with extensive laboratory work

-Nursing building – New 2 story, 8 million dollar, 35,000 square foot academic and lab building

-Packer Hall – Renovation work to the existing facility.

-Removal of existing pool area and installation of a new 2 story mezzanine space

-Travers-Wolf Dormitory – Additions and renovations to 10 story residence hall.  Project was canceled by owner after 95% construction documents.

Union County Community College:  Cranford, New Jersey

A 30,000 sq ft student center addition that will become the main focal point of the college.

-Structural design for the attachment of an 80 foot high flag pole to the nursing building

Widener University:  Chester, Pennsylvania

-Design of roof support for new cooling tower on top of existing 5 story engineering building

-Design of 3 concrete and masonry special interest housing units

-Design of 2 story, 40,000 sq ft science classroom building
