Industrial facilities are a major portion of HHPC business, having completed over three hundred of these types of projects.  

On buildings this size, HHPC is well aware of the potential cost savings for owners in the roof and floor slabs from an efficient design.  HHPC also has vast knowledge and experience with concrete floor slabs on grade design and construction, knowing the value of a good floor for the serviceability to the tenant, verses the cost of every unnecessary inch of the design.

HHPC has also completed several projects located in sites requiring driven pile supported foundations and a driven pile supported structural slab for the floor.  With some of these sites, HHPC has been instrumental in using ground improvement methods to eliminate the requirement for driven piles at structural slabs, providing substantial savings for the owner.
